Annual Enrollment for 2013/2014 Benefits Has Ended.

After enrollment ends, you generally can't change your elections during the year except in special situations—such as marriage or divorce, the birth or adoption of a child or another qualifying event.

For more information on events that qualify—and to make changes to your benefits—log on to myHR, select Life Events and follow the prompts.

Enrolling in CVS Caremark Benefits for the First Time?

Visit myHR to review your benefit options. myHR is the online "front door" to CVS Caremark Human Resources services and to all of your CVS Caremark benefits and rewards. It gives you personalized, one-stop access to all the resources you need to manage your health, retirement, pay, career, discounts and benefits. Packed with features and easy to use, you can access it 24 hours a day; 7 days a week; 365 days a year. This site will also be where you enroll for benefits.

To sign up for benefits during your enrollment period:

  1. Log on to myHR. You’ll see the “Action Needed!” and “Enroll in Your Benefits” messages on the myHR home page. This will appear approximately 45 days before your benefits effective date.
  2. Click the Enroll Now button to access the Enrollment page. (Note: This button won’t appear if you access myHR before your enrollment period starts or after it ends.)
  3. Follow the steps to plan and choose your CVS Caremark health and welfare benefits. You'll find easy-to-use online tools to help you decide.
  4. Enroll by your enrollment deadline!

Important note: If you’re newly eligible for benefits between January 1, 2014 and May 1, 2014, you won’t pay an additional $50 per month Wellness Differential for the remainder of the 2013/2014 plan year as well as for the 2014/2015 plan year if you complete the Wellness Review before your benefits-effective date. You do not need to get a health screening. Note: If you miss your benefits-effective deadline, you won’t pay an additional $50 per month Wellness Differential for the 2014/2015 plan year as long as you complete your Wellness Review by May 1, 2014.

Have special issues or problems? Call myHR at 888-694-7287 (888-MY-HR-CVS). When prompted, select Option 2 for Benefits to reach a myHR representative. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.

You can also open up an online chat with a myHR representative during their regular business hours. Look for the “Live Help” image on the myHR home page. Click it and you’ll be connected with a myHR representative.

In addition, you can call Health Advocate at 866-799-2720 (representatives are available weekdays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET) and/or your plan carrier.
